Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, but we will notify you if there is a delay on our part of items being shipped. All orders will get an automated tracking email sent out so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not get one within a couple days.

Delivery dates will depend on the shipping options selected.

• UPS Ground. Delivery in 1-5 business days (based on distance to destination)
• UPS Second Day Air. Delivery in 2 business days (typically by end of day)
• UPS Three-Day Select. Delivery in 3 business days (by end of day)

We prefer a daytime office/work address to ensure timely delivery. You must be 21 or older to receive a wine shipment, and an adult signature over 21 is required.  Therefore, we can’t ship to PO boxes.

Fedex and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If you are unable to sign for the package, we can arrange to have the package held at a local Fedex/UPS location for you to pick-up. Fedex and UPS will hold these packages for 5 days before returning it back to us. 

If a shipment is sent back to us due to anything other than damage, we reserve the right to hold return fees or charge a reshipment fee.

If there are any issues with the wine, please contact us at admin@drinkwasp.com within 30 days of purchase. We will arrange for the pickup of your package and once the package is returned back to us, we will issue a refund for the returned items. 

Any order that is refused or returned after three attempts to deliver is eligible to be refunded for the amount of the product only and shipping charges will not be able to be refunded.  Please note that there may be return and restocking fees associated with returning product, and we cannot issue refunds after 30 days from purchase date. 

We ship out all packages in 100% recyclable pulp dividers and double walled boxes to prevent breakage.   If your package was damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be happy to get out a replacement package as soon as possible!
